About Briana

My name is Briana Johnson. I am a native of McBee, SC and currently reside in Hartsville, SC. I obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology with a minor in Biology from Francis Marion University, and Master of Arts in Teaching from Queen's University of Charlotte, NC. I am a local Realtor at Coldwell Banker-Deborah Gandy, serving the Pee Dee and surrounding areas. I am also the founder and owner of Johnson and Co. Appraisal, where I serve as a Certified Residential Appraiser. I decided to become a Realtor, not only to help others navigate the home buying or selling process, but to also to create more space for what I value most, which is quality time with my loved ones. Representing clients has brought a sense of joy and gratitude that is more delightful with each experience. I continue to serve in the South Carolina Air National Guard, and its core values align perfectly with the principles I stand on in Real Estate, which are, Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence In All We Do. I am elated to be a part of the Coldwell Banker-Deborah Gandy family, and I look forward to serving my community.
