My name is Thomas Blackmon known as “The Closer”. I joined Coldwell Banker McMillan and Associates in June 2016 as a first-year agent…. seems like forever ago. My love for real estate stems from an early age as my family had investment properties and I watched them buy, sell, and manage those properties until I was old enough to help out. As far back as I can remember, I enjoyed going to the Parade of Homes and Sunday Open Houses. I am happy to say that I enjoy viewing homes but the best part about being in this business is facilitating Real Estate Transactions and meeting people from all backgrounds. When I’m not working with clients finding the perfect property, I’m usually with family and friends cooking, enjoying the outdoors, or exercising. So just remember no matter the size of the property or budget, Thomas is the man for the job! I have a wonderful wife Shirvonn who has been by my side for 10 years and counting. We have two children our daughter, Charleigh, and son, Daughtry. We are members of NewSpring Church and are active members in the Children's Ministry. We love the State of South Carolina particularly the Pee Dee and wouldn’t dream of raising our family elsewhere. Again, thank you for your continued support and business.
