About Richard

Richard is a twenty year United States Navy Retiree who served at various Duty Stations and three Aircraft Carriers. After Richard’s Military career, he was employed at H.B. Robinson Nuclear Generating Station as a Nuclear Security Officer. In 2012, Richard obtained his real estate license and became a REALTOR as a member of the Realtor® Association of the Greater Pee Dee. He started his Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker McMillan and Associates. As a member of the Realtor® Association of the Greater Pee Dee, Richard served as RPAC Chairman and the South Carolina Association of Realtors® Region 4 RPAC Chairman. Richard also serves on various committees within the local association and on the State and National Levels. In 2017, Richard was named the Greater Pee Dee Realtors® Association REALTOR OF THE YEAR. In 2021, Richard served as the President of the Pee Dee Realtor® Association. In 2024 Richard will Chair the South Carolina Realtors Association Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Richard was born and raised in Florence, SC and he graduated from South Florence High School. Richard is a dedicated family man. He and his lovely wife, Charlynne, have celebrated over 30 years of marriage. They have one daughter and one grandson. Richard continues to be active in his local community and church.
