37 years in Florence and a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I have been a leading top producer for over 16 years. My sales consistently rank in the top 1% of local agents and top producer in our Coldwell Banker Office. Prior to entering real estate, I began in banking and then moved to a national sales role. Along with raising my four daughters. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build a thriving real estate business. My knowledge of Florence also extends to schools, hobbies and of course the changing real estate market Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community and serve at Central Methodist Church and a member of our local tennis league. Prior involvements include- School involvement, Guardian ad Litem, Help for Kids, Trinity Tennis Coach and more. While not working I most enjoy my grandchildren, Clemson Sports, boating, reading and tennis.
