About Rod

Jerrod Beaufort does creative work in real estate here at Coldwell Banker Columbia. His family and friends call him "Rod" for short. Rod was born here in Columbia, SC but grew up in Camden, SC. He loves outdoor activities such as riding motorcycles, spending time with family, and traveling. Rod's attention to detail and his listening skills gives him the ability to perfectly marry his clients with their new home! Rod carries the core values of integrity, discipline, determination, consistency and last but not least positivity which allows him to provide exceptional client service. Rod has been in sales since 2015. While working at Verizon he gave himself a goal to have his real estate license in 3-years. At the end of 2020 Rod became a licensed real estate agent and joined Coldwell Banker Columbia. A short amount of time after joining CB, he was in search of a mentor and decided to join a team which he Is still a part of today which is Sonnys Homes Team. Within Rods first year being a full-time agent, he has sold over 2.5 million worth of real estate. In October of 2022 will mark 2 years of being a realtor. He absolutely loves helping people and meeting people wherever they are in the process of buying or selling property. Rod's goals are to continue to grow, learn, and help others create and build generational wealth through real estate and one day have his own team within real estate.
