About me While licensed in Georgia (until 1991), Kathy became a member of the Century 21 Million Dollar Club. In 1993, she became the president and owner of her own full service Century 21 real estate office in Columbia, SC. She merged her company with Century 21 Bob Capes Realtors in 1997 so that she would be able to spend more time with buyers and sellers. Kathy received the prestigious Centurion® award in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In the fall of 2008, her firm merged with Coldwell Banker .
