About Debra

Sonny & Debbie Pagan started their Real Estate careers 8 years ago. They quickly realized they were going to need some help, so they started building a team, which is appropriately named "Sonnys Homes Team" Unfortunately, Sonny passed away in 2021 after an illness. Debbie, and her team member are moving forward to continue his Legacy! Sonnys Homes Team is a full service Real Estate team. Customer service is first and foremost for the clients they serve. The team has won several awards in 2021, Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite Award, Central Carolina Realtors Association Platinum Level Award, NAHREP Top 250 Award in the Nation, and Tom Ferry Real Trends Top Agents Award for South Carolina #48.The two of them were married nearly 20 years, combining a blended family of 7 children, which ultimately gave them 14 grandchildren!
