About Darlene

Honest and Integrity Having been in Real Estate for over 30 years and I like to think I have seen it all but every situation is different. What helps me is my years of experience which gives me an advantage to negotiating and problem solving. I have experience in residential homes, new construction, land and commercial sales in all price ranges. Education is also an important element and I continue to strive in our every changing real estate market. I owned my own office in Sandwich MA and moved here January 2016 to be near my son and his family. I have 2 sons and 3 grand children and family is all important to me. When I am not working or spending time with my family I enjoy my English Springer Spaniels that I show in AKC events and breed on a limited basis. I also have added a French Bulldog to my Springers. I have joined the Columbia Kennel Club to enjoy AKC local events. Gardening is another passion for me but I am having to learn what I can plant in my new environment. I also enjoy Historic buildings around Columbia and other cities.
