About Carlina

Born and raised in South Carolina, I love the area and know it well. I am from a family of entrepreneurs and understand the value of hard work. I received my nursing degree from Midlands Tech and then transitioned to the University of South Carolina here in Columbia and earned my BS from the Moore School of Business. Before working in Real Estate, I worked as a banker and mortgage underwriter where I saw the backend of the home buying process. That then led to my desire to help people achieve the "American Dream" of owning a home. When I'm not busy with Real Estate I love to travel, I am involved with my church, I volunteer with girls clubs and underprivileged youth and I love spending time with my boys (Logan 21, and twins Ethan and Chase 15) and with my husband Alan, who is retired military. We are also very fortunate to have sons that are outstanding athletes so we enjoy traveling all over the United States with travel basketball and various track teams. With 17 years of experience, I specialize in working with military families all across the globe as I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I am also a Global Luxury Certified agent, an International Diamond Society Award recipient (for the last 6 years) and I am the expert in the area when it comes to buying and selling your home quickly. As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here.
