About Sibita

Sibita Proctor is a full-time professional Realtor, who has earned the "Realtor of Distinction" designation (Top 2% of ALL Charleston Realtors) as well as been recognized as a "Charleston Top Producer" for multiple years. As a Lowcountry native, Sibita's extensive local knowledge allows her to help clients find the property that is right for them. Whether it is a relocation to a primary residence, a second home at the beach, or an investment property, Sibita knows the area well and can identify strong investments. Sibita lives on the Isle of Palms and raised her three children nearby in Mt. Pleasant; the oldest two children share her alma mater, the College of Charleston, and the youngest is currently enjoying working at one of Charleston's premier downtown restaurants as he completes his fourth and final year of college. As a Mother and former educator, Sibita has extensive knowledge of the local schools and neighborhoods. Sibita is an active member of her community recently serving on the Harleston Green Board downtown, the Charleston Garden Club for several years, and volunteering for her church and the Hope Lodge in downtown Charleston. When she is not working on real estate, you can find her with her family dog, a big yellow lab named Boone, walking on the beach or out on the boat with friends and family on one of Charleston's beautiful waterways!
