About Patricia

Patricia Fritzinger comes to us with over eighteen years of real estate experience. She is licensed in both SC and NC. She consistently was in the Top 5% of agents in NC since 2002 and has received over 150 Five Star Reviews on Zillow! The testimonials say that Patricia goes above and beyond for her clients and that she does a wonderful job matching their needs with the home that is right for their family! She is also fluent in Spanish and French! Patricia was born in Mexico City. When she was sixteen, her family moved to the United States so her father could pursue his entrepreneurial dreams! She attended The University of Texas where she graduated with a marketing degree and she earned her MBA in Marketing and Finance from ECU. After college she did and internship in Grenoble, France. Eventually she returned to the states where she met her husband, Mark. His service as an F-15E pilot in The Air Force kept them on the go! Patricia has had a thriving real estate career in their three state side duty stations; Wichita Falls TX, Las Vegas, NV and Goldsboro, NC! Mark retired with 20 years in the Air Force and became a pilot for Delta. In 2019 they moved to the Charleston area and made the community of I'On, in Mt. Pleasant, their home. The rest is history! Patricia's pride and joy is her son, Alec, who is currently attending the Air Force Academy. When she isn't spending time with her clients, family or friends, you will find her indulging in her other passions: running, kayaking, paddle boarding, traveling and snow skiing! Patricia has been a great addition to our team downtown Charleston at 55 Broad Street!
