About Nic

As a Lowcountry native, I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the area with buyers and sellers. I grew up in the James Island and Folly Beach areas before heading to Georgia and Tennessee for school. I returned to the Lowcountry and earned degrees in Christian Leadership and Youth Ministry from Charleston Southern University. Those who know me well know how much I enjoy getting to know people through a good conversation. It’s through those conversations that I have been able to listen carefully to identify my clients’ needs - whether buying or selling. My transaction experience has been varied and from one end of the tri-county area (Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties) to the other. I’ve had the opportunity to help clients purchase their first homes, assist with relocation, refer property for listing out of the area, locate retirement dream homes, purchase land for custom homes, assist with estate sales, and much more.
