After visiting Charleston with his wife, they fell in love with the low country lifestyle and made a decision to relocate to Charleston in 2016 from another historic city, Alexandria, VA. Larry was a successful real estate agent in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC market for over 16 years. He knows that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most stressful activities for a family. After serving over 500 families in the purchase or sale of their homes, he has learned to make every home sale as stress-free as possible. Larry's business philosophy involves listening to the clients needs and goals and providing the best options for them. He uses the highest quality vendors and cutting-edge technologies from Coldwell Banker to sell his clients homes. As a result, he has sold 98% of the homes he has listed. Larry and his wife Becky are parents of two grown sons. While not involved in his real estate practice, Larry and Becky enjoy Charleston's architecture, beaches, and restaurants and try to keep up with Pippin, their wire fox terrier.
