About Chloe

Hi my name is Chloe' Falk, I work for Coldwell Banker Realty Downtown Charleston Office. I am originally from Lakeland, FL and recently relocated to Charleston after getting married last Spring. I am a third-generation realtor. Throughout childhood, I spent time in my grandmother's real estate office with my cousins and accompanied my mother on many showings. During this time, I always paid close attention to my mom's clients, developing a knack for reading when they liked a house and when it was not a fit. My Mom's determination and hard work created success for our family. It also created success for her clients and their families. This strong example of a successful realtor and helping others succeed is what made me decide to pursue a career in real estate so I could follow in the footsteps of my mom and grandmother! I became licensed and had success, in my home state, as an agent in Florida. I have recently become licensed in South Carolina and i am committed to putting my service-oriented, heart-centered work ethic to work for my clients in Charleston! When I have free time, you might find me sewing or spending time with my husband and my toy Havapoo, Tate.
