About me Welcome to the Chapin Office of Coldwell Banker ! Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the leading real estate company in the Midlands of South Carolina. As Broker in Charge of the Northeast/Camden branch Offices of Coldwell Banker , I really enjoy the challenge of mentoring agents to attain their full potential. As a non-competing broker, and by using my knowledge, experience and management style, I have successfully attributed to the growth and success of my sales team! By leveraging my former sales career I am able to help my sales associates with problem resolution, aiding agents with client negotiation while helping agents CLOSE the deal! In addition to teaching and mentoring classes to agents, I am a member of both Central Carolina Association of Realtors. I am also active in the the Columbia Home Builders Association, the Sales and Marketing Council, and several other committees and organizations. The culture of our office is highly positive and supportive, which allows the agents to thrive. With full time Broker and administrative staff, our office is efficiently run and organized.
