I started my career in real estate many years ago in East Greenwich, RI and eventually moved my business to the East Side of Providence and Newport. I am known as one of the best seasoned and trusted agents in the industry. My success is partially attributed to my solid knowledge of real estate trends in Providence, Newport and most surrounding areas in Rhode Island. I am a fourteenth generation Rhode Islander and descendent of the founders of Newport, Jamestown Westerly. A historical tour of the state is available to all of my clients! For buyers, my experience in assisting purchasers to determine which property best suits their needs in terms of location, size, amenities as well as particular and individual needs is unparallel. I am also well versed in all phases of real estate including the 1031 exchange, condominium conversion, second home/vacation properties, commercial and properties for rehab/resale. I have rehabbed numerous properties for myself while also general contracting them which gives one a good knowledge of zoning regulations.
