About Buddha

My name is Buddha Tamang. I'm a newly licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker and a current student at Rhode Island College, where I’m working toward a double major in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. As I build my foundation in financial planning and investment analysis, I focus on helping clients make smart, informed decisions throughout every step of the real estate process. My growing background in finance helps me do more than assist clients with buying or selling a home—I aim to help them understand how real estate fits into their larger financial goals. Whether it’s creating a smart budget for a mortgage, exploring investment properties, or planning for long-term wealth, I approach each step strategically. I have a strong interest in taxation and plan to specialize in that area, which gives me a unique perspective on key aspects of homeownership like tax deductions, capital gains, and property tax strategies—often overlooked but incredibly important. I also speak five languages, which allows me to connect with a wide range of clients and ensure clear, comfortable communication throughout the entire process. Outside of real estate and school, I like to meditate and stay active by going to the gym and playing sports, which helps me stay focused, disciplined, and energized. My goal is to be more than just a real estate agent. I strive to be a reliable, long-term resource for my clients’ financial well-being.
