About Ajea

With a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, Ajea’s passion for real estate started when her immigrant parents and grandparents came to the United States. As immigrants of Jamaica, they didn’t have much to their name besides hope, a strong work ethic, and a desire to achieve the American Dream. Through sacrifice and saving, they were able to defy many odds stacked against them and become first-time homebuyers. Their experience mirrored Ajea’s when she became a first-time homebuyer at the age of 26 during the COVID-19 pandemic. She too felt like the odds were stacked against her but she’s been able to defy them all. Now as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker, Ajea is eager to equip her clients with effective strategies to achieve their goals, educate her clients on all real estate matters, and empower her clients to not give up when the odds are stacked against them.
