A lifelong resident of Newport, Rhode Island, Shay Greenman brings a deep appreciation for the community and coastal lifestyle that make the area so unique. A 2021 graduate of Salve Regina University, Shay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration. This academic foundation, paired with a strong entrepreneurial drive, has shaped a successful and evolving career in real estate. Over the past year, Shay has operated her own marketing business, Shay Greenman Social, through which she has had the opportunity to work closely with Coldwell Banker agents. This experience provided her with a well-rounded understanding of real estate marketing strategies and valuable insight into the inner workings of the industry. In addition to her work in real estate, Shay has collaborated with clients across various sectors, honing her skills in developing effective and targeted marketing campaigns. Now, as a licensed real estate professional, Shay is excited to combine her marketing expertise, local insight, and client-focused approach to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
