We were moving to the area from out of state and were in a situation where we needed to sell our previous home prior to buying a new one. Rochelle kept in constant contact to see how things were going while monitoring the market in the towns we were interested in. We received an offer on our old home on a Tuesday and by that Thursday Rochelle had set up 10 homes for us to look at on Saturday. This was crucial to us as my husband had started a new job, we were living apart during that time while trying to sell our previous home, and we were expecting a baby in 1.5 months. She also set up more showings for us on Monday so we could be sure that we had seen everything available to us which fit our needs. She did tons of background work to make sure the offer we were putting in was reasonable and she was committed to making sure that we were comfortable with it and that we were not paying too much. If you can't already tell, we LOVE Rochelle! She walked us through every step of the way and always kept us up to date. She answered all our questions (some of them multiple times and some that our selling agent should have been answering) and had great access to contractors and was even willing to get us quotes on some work we wanted done on the house. Rochelle's consummate professionalism and excellence in going the extra mile allowed us to close on both houses the same day without issue and I am positive that this would not have happened without her help! We will be forever grateful for her guiding us through this process! Even once we were moved in (with a 3 yr old and 2 week old) she was able to get an electrician to come out to us immediately in the same during a sweltering heat spell when our air conditioning broke. He actually mentioned to us that without her calling he wouldn't have been able to respond for several days. We really could go on and on about Rochelle and we cannot thank her enough!
