About Mia

I am proud to bring a deep knowledge and extensive experience to my work as a Realtor. I have worked in the construction industry and have been in involved in property management and property rehabbing for most of my adult life. I have a passion for finding the beauty in every home and helping my clients, envision, find and create a home they can enjoy. I strive to maintain good relations with clients whether buyers, sellers or tenants by maintaining open communication, preventing issues through anticipatory planning and resolving issues and conflicts if they do arise. In addition to being a strong and trusted negotiator for my clients, my mission is to be your advocate far beyond the sale and to help my clients navigate the complexities of real estate ownership by serving as your liaison between municipalities and my clients if the need arises. I am an Active participant in planning meetings and collaborate often with zoning and town council professionals to assist clients in navigating property zone changes. To further help my clients in their real estate journey I have a list of seasoned professionals that I have personally worked with in the construction industry from Engineers to Land surveyors, Real Estate Attorneys to tradespeople handling building projects and remodels. My educational background includes a BA in Communications. I am a licensed Realtor in both Rhode Island and the State of Florida and can help my clients and their referrals relocate seamlessly in or out of those states.
