H2171 - This is truly a Rehabber's delight. The outside is solid brick with a new roof, metal doors and new vinyl windows. The inside was the scene of a fire that took out wiring, plumbing and some of the old style cement board. Much of the charred interior sheet rock walls have already been stripped, leaving an open floor plan that can easily be modified at this point. To be clear, this house will need a new furnace, AC, plumbing, wiring, and drywall. The floors appear to be solid wood floors that will pop back to life with a sanding. Room measurements are shown using the existing partition walls, although moving them is an easy option. The upstairs is a huge area that occupies the entire upper level. It would make a fantastic master bedroom with room for a nice sized 2nd floor bathroom suite. The detached double bay garage needs to be rewired.
