The Magnolia Court is the largest of our one level plans. There is a wonderful patio right off the dining room where you can gaze outside as you have dinner with loved ones. We have added a fourth bedroom close to the master suite for privacy or as a flex space for whatever your heart desires. The secondary bedrooms are all nicely sized and give you a lot of closet space, while the laundry room is centrally located for ease of use. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and has a beautiful island centered in the room for more casual dining. Magnolia Court is a well-appointed home with nothing left out.
