After 17 wonderful years in our home, we are making the move to downsize and turn the keys over to a new crew. We have loved living in this amazing neighborhood and our home with the privacy behind us, the natural beauty backing to woods, and the incredible wildlife in our own backyard. We’ve enjoyed relaxing on our deck and screened-in porch, watching the trees change in every season. Our open concept kitchen has been the heart of our home with massive gatherings for friends and family. We updated a few years ago to double ovens, extended the center island and added a serving bar with wine cooler to accommodate our parties! Recently we installed hardwood throughout the main floor, except laundry. We replaced the upstairs carpet (3/23), painted, updated our master bath, added new lighting, fans, and more! The walk-out lower level is finished, with a spacious rec room, full bath, wet bar, and a great quiet home office. The roof was replaced in 2012, furnace and air 2016. - Agent/Owner
