It's a very nice, well kept 3 bedroom house with pool in the center of San Carlos Park. The house has cathedral ceilings in the living room and in the bedroom, crown molding in all rooms, tile floor in the living and wet areas, wood laminate floor in all bedrooms so no carpet to cause allergies. The pool is screened and the back yard completely fenced. The roof and the A/C were replaced in 2012 according to the long term tenant, the water treatment system was replaced in 2013, the well pump was replaced and the driveway was resurfaced in 2015.
