About Sandy

Since 1996, Sandy has sold real estate in York County and has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Specializing in the needs of seniors, listings, resales, new construction and first-time home buyers. Her certifications include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Along with her real estate dealings, she also manages the administrative tasks of the Jill Romine Group. Prior to working in real estate, Sandy worked in the credit union movement for 21 years as CEO of the York Area Employees Federal Credit union & York Tracktown Credit Union and later as Vice President of Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union. She served on the Board of Directors of the Credit Union Association of York for all of the 21 years and was very active with seniors coordinating activities with the Lutheran Home on Kelly Drive in York and earned her credit union credentials thru the Penn State Institute and a certification in Human Relations Management from Villanova. A 1969 graduate of William Penn, she now resides in the Dallastown School District with her husband, Gene of 43 years. They have 3 children, 5 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In their spare time, they travel to the beach in Delaware with their 3 Shih Tzu’s.
