Serving York County I'm Rob Everly and I am a Realtor with the "CB Crew" - The Christina Bailey Group.  We run our real estate business as if every client were a member of our own family. My real estate experience began in 1998 with the purchase of my first home, all though my love for it started long before. Since my first purchase, I have owned and renovated several single and multi-unit properties. I sold many of these houses as "for sale by owner", so I know what it takes to sell a home. In 2011 I sold a property maintenance business that I operated for 8 years. We maintained foreclosed properties for the banks and fulfilled the inspector's punch list before settlement, while providing the same services for the public. I have also been a graphic designer for over 20 years and found that having a creative eye aids in preparing a home for sale. Now I am excited to serve others in achieving their real estate dreams.
