About Marcy

Business Philosophy I have been a Realtor since 2009 and am a Member of PAR, NAR, and Rayac. My geographical market location is York county PA as well as Harford County MD. My philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help two parties (buyer and seller) find each other and complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headache. I am an advocate for my clients. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for MY client. I have been a Southern York County resident since 1985. I Love the area and the people that make it a community. I reside with my husband and three grown children in the town of Delta. We live in a beautiful old Victorian home. The process of finding this home was the catalyst for my career in Real Estate. I believe it is important to give back a measure of what we receive each day. I currently serve on the Mason Dixon Anti-Drug Coalition. As an outreach of that group, my husband and myself organized a weekly Community Youth Night program to provide a healthy environment for area youth to flourish and reach their full potential. The relationships that have developed both through my business and community involvement have become the cornerstone of my business. I understand that the most meaningful thing I do is build lifetime relationships with people.
