About Jeff

Business Philosophy Jeff Carn is a lifetime resident of the South Central Pennsylvania town of Hanover, centrally located between York & Adams Counties. He has been helping individuals & families successfully purchase & sell farms, homes & land as well as investment properties for 31 years. The greater Hanover area & the 2 counties have been experiencing rapid growth & it is more important than ever to balance this with the high quality of living & the beautiful rolling hills & farmland that we know & love. Jeff is a member of PAR, NAR, & The Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties. CRS designation. His main interests are: friends, family, outdoor activities, literature, art, & music-25 year veteran of 5 bands playing pedal steel guitar. Prior to Jeff's real estate career, he managed the family's residential & commercial interior design firm which averaged around 30 employees & associates. Investment properties were also a part of his early real estate career. Hanover living was interrupted by 4 years at Penn state(BA Degree), & 10 years in Pittsburgh attending Univ. of Pittsburgh & working for the university. Associate Degree in Interior Design.
