Allen Daughertybrings a millennial perspective to the team with his current understanding of HVAC systems and technology. In 2014, he received his BS degree in HVAC design from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Allen's ability to understand and communicate will surely help in the delicate task of negotiating terms in a contract and winning a deal.
