Nevena’s career spans over two decades across four continents in real estate and international relocations. Through her company, Moderna Relocation, Nevena provides personalized relocation and onboarding service to top talent and their families joining Pittsburgh’s leading employers. As a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, she helps buyers and sellers navigate the Pittsburgh market with confidence and clarity. She guides buyers toward homes and neighborhoods that align with their lifestyle, school preferences, commute, and budget, while supporting sellers with strategic pricing, thoughtful staging, targeted marketing, and skilled negotiations. Committed to the highest standards of service, Nevena delivers true fiduciary representation and offers exclusive rebates to relocating clients. Originally from Serbia, Nevena holds a degree in History of Art from Belgrade University and studied Entrepreneurship at Chatham University’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship. She has earned multiple professional designations from the National Association of REALTORS®, including RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative®), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity®), and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Nevena has been a Coldwell Banker® International Award recipient every year since 2020.
