Hi, I'm Molly. I sell houses, ask a lot of questions, and have strong feelings about original woodwork. I'm a Pittsburgh real estate agent with a soft spot for old houses, interesting people, and things with a little character. Give me some stained glass, a weird built-in, or a questionable 1970s bathroom, and you've got my attention. Tell me the roof is "probably fine," and now you've really got my attention. Before real estate, I spent 15 years behind a bar. I learned a few things: how to listen, how to read a room, how to keep my cool when everything goes sideways, and how to politely tell someone they're making a terrible decision. Turns out, that's a pretty solid foundation for a career in real estate. Here's the thing. Buying or selling a house is a big deal. It's expensive, emotional, occasionally absurd, and involves an alarming amount of paperwork. The last thing you need is someone adding pressure, speaking exclusively in real estate jargon, or insisting that every house is "an absolute gem." Some houses are gems. Some houses have structural problems and a suspicious smell in the basement. I think it's important to know the difference. I'm not here to sell you on something. I'm here to help you figure out what makes sense for you. That means doing my homework, asking the uncomfortable questions, negotiating thoughtfully, and being honest even when the truth isn't particularly convenient. If you're selling, I want to understand what makes your house special and give it the attention it deserves. Good marketing should make people curious, not make them feel like they're being sold a timeshare. If you're buying, I want you to find a place you love, understand exactly what you're getting into, and feel good about your decision long after you've unpacked the boxes. I take my responsibilities seriously. Myself, considerably less so. I like good conversations, peculiar houses, people who ask questions, and the occasional well-timed swear word. I believe you can be professional without being stuffy, knowledgeable without being condescending, and honest without being an asshole. And if you have a dog, I'm going to need an introduction.
