About Michelle

I became a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor in 2010 and joined my husband, Dan Haeck, full time in real estate in 2011. Today, I serve as Team Lead for The Dan Haeck Team, working alongside our experienced group of agents to help buyers and sellers throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. With more than a decade of real estate experience and a professional background that includes more than 40 years in bookkeeping and accounting administration, I bring a unique combination of real estate knowledge, organization, and attention to detail to every transaction. I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t simply a transaction—it’s often one of the largest financial and personal decisions our clients will make. My primary focus is Allegheny, Washington, and Westmoreland counties, although as a Pennsylvania-licensed Realtor, I can assist clients throughout the state. My experience includes residential sales, new construction, luxury homes, downsizing, relocation, investment properties, vacant land, and commercial real estate. For clients moving outside Pennsylvania, I can also connect them with experienced real estate professionals throughout the United States and internationally through Coldwell Banker’s referral network. After years in this business, one of my favorite things is seeing past clients return when it’s time for their next move—or having them send their friends and family our way. Those long-term relationships are a big part of how The Dan Haeck Team has built its business. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family home, downsizing, relocating, investing, or simply wondering what your next move might look like, I’m always happy to help.
