About Katrina

Growing up as the granddaughter of two small-town, Real Estate investors I developed a deep appreciation for building wealth through hard work and property investment. When I was young, my grandfather taught me to build tiny birdhouses in his workshop with a vice, hand saw, hammer and nails. Compared to the homes he was building for countless families in our hometown, my birdhouses were insignificant but symbolic nonetheless. After he passed my grandmother spent the next nineteen years proudly (and stubbornly) managing the homes my grandpa poured his heart into. When I had my first sale, I truly understood the reason my grandparents spent their lives building homes for families, big and small. The rewards of homeownership, whether a first-time buyer, seasoned investor or empty nester, are what drive my passion and commitment to Real Estate. Whether I'm selling a home or representing a buyer, my clients rely on me for honest advice, in-depth analysis of market data, expert negotiating skills and tireless persistence. They know I will tell it like it is, keep them in the loop with regular updates, and follow through on my commitments.
