Hello! I’m Joe Weltner, a full-time Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, bringing over a decade of experience and more than 300 successful transactions to the table. As a lifelong resident of the AK Valley, I combine deep local insight with 25+ years in customer service management and training. This unique background allows me to excel in negotiations, guide clients confidently, and market homes with precision and care. Over the years, I’ve built meaningful relationships throughout the real estate industry and our community. I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), Alliance PGH, and the Harrison Township Rec Board. I’m also a past Treasurer and Director of the Greater Allegheny-Kiski Area Board of Realtors®. As a Real Estate Educator for the Realtors® Educational Institute, I hold designations including GREEN, At Home With Diversity, and Ally Alliance. I’ve been honored with multiple Coldwell Banker International Awards, including the Diamond Society (2018–2021, 2024), the International President’s Club (2022), and the International Sterling Society (2023).
