Business Philosophy The customer is my number one priority. I strive to provide each and every client with the very best customer service possible. The process of buying and/or selling a home is complicated so educating my customers is key. No question is too small and there are no such thing as "stupid questions". I utilize all modalities to make myself accessible to my clients at all times. I encourage my clients to reach out to me by telephone, text, email and social media. I am often corresponding with clients well into the evening. In a highly charged selling environment, where buyers need to be competitive, I make it a point to get the buyer to the house on day one or two of a new listing so they do not miss out on an opportunity. Likewise, I make it a priority to make my sellers' homes accessible during that same crucial period so they do not miss out on a buyer who is ready, willing and able to purchase. We are members of Sts. John and Paul Parish. Personal Background I am a life long resident of the of Pittsburgh area. I grew up in Shaler township and graduated from Shaler Area High School. I attended college and graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh. After 8 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the hospital setting I became a Realtor and have been enjoying it since! I have am happily married and I have 3 beautiful daughters in the North Allegheny School District. I lived in McCandless township for 12 years. In 2012 my family and I moved to Franklin Park, where we continue to reside.
