About Gwendolyn

I am a full-time professional real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty and have been a Realtor since 2001. In 2005 I received my Associate Broker license. As a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, I have decades of experience in the real estate industry and deep roots in the community. My real estate experience began as the owner of a family-owned new construction and remodeling company, which grew into being the co-owner of a new construction development business. I then transitioned into a career in banking, with my most recent role as a mortgage loan officer. I have now found my way back "home" to my true passion of real estate sales. My genuine enthusiasm and dedication to customer service has been a lifelong commitment. As an Associate Broker, I have a passion for assisting sellers and buyers. With my experience across all aspects of building, buying, selling, and even financing a home, I bring a depth of knowledge to help guide my clients throughout the entire buying and selling process. When I'm not assisting my real estate clients, you can find me enjoying one of my early morning walks or spending time with my family in the North Hills.
