Fiona grew up in Franklin Park and attended North Allegheny High School. Though her career journey has taken her to Denver, Baltimore, Boston, and Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh has always been the place that feels most like home. With more than twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, Fiona brings a deep and well-rounded perspective to every client relationship. Her background in banking and wholesale lending—spanning both residential and commercial financing—gives her unique insight into the financial and emotional aspects of buying and selling a home. This combination of expertise and empathy helps her guide clients confidently through every stage of the process. Fiona’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by her mum’s own work in the industry and years spent visiting open houses, historic properties, and architectural gems throughout the city. Today, she is a proud homeowner in Pittsburgh’s Mexican War Streets, where she enjoys the best of urban living—walkable neighborhoods, vibrant restaurants, proximity to parks, stadiums, and all the character that makes Pittsburgh truly special. Outside of work, Fiona stays busy navigating her daughter’s sports, activities, and playdates. Her household is also home to three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (plus a Cavapoo), giving her a soft spot for clients seeking pet-friendly homes and neighborhoods. Fiona loves to travel and spend quality time with family and friends, both near and far.
