About Emily

Working in real estate has always been a goal of mine and I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to team up with my husband, Justin Francart, to provide our clients with a one-of-a-kind experience! As partners in business and in life we strive to make your home buying experience as fun and uncomplicated as possible. We understand that this may be the biggest purchase you ever make and we are honored to guide you through the home buying process! Not buying or selling a home? No worries, we help renters too! From finding your best apartment yet to offering landlords the opportunity to obtain quality tenants and draw up sound lease agreements. A little background on myself: I grew up in Butler County and moved to Pittsburgh in 2010 to obtain my Business Degree from Carlow University. After graduation, I found myself waiting tables throughout the East End (you may remember me from such restaurants as the Elbow Room, Girasole, and most recently Smoke). I also work as full-time Stylist for Stitch Fix (so if you need some guidance with you wardrobe I can help you there too!). I am a gym rat turned yogi and enjoy cooking, organizing (give me a messy room, drawer, closet and I will go to town getting things neat and tidy!), and most of all spending time with my Yinzer family and friends! Additionally, I have a serious obsession with house plants and mid-century modern style furniture and home decor.
