Beginning at age 18 with the purchase of his first rental property, Douglas Renison knew he always wanted investment real estate to be a part of his financial plan and life’s mission. Over the next two decades and through numerous economic downturns, his confidence in real estate as a time-tested store of value and means unlocking the powers of appreciation and passive income has grown only more stalwart. In an illustrious award-winning career as a property manager, Douglas has assisted numerous building owners in achieving full occupancy, increasing rental income, lowering expenses, and creating successful marketing plans to differentiate their communities from the competition.
