This makes my first language Portuguese, and if you listen closely you might just hear my faint accent! True to my European spirit, I am always looking for the best deal for my clients, and truly enjoy the negotiation process of the transaction. My deep passion for real estate also keeps me up to date on current market trends locally nationally. My family relocated to California when I was in middle school and I eventually relocated to Pittsburgh to raise my own family. I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Studio Art and a minor in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield (Go Roadrunners!), prior to spearheading a real estate appraisal firm that I co-owned and operated for 11 years with the father of my boys. He is a local residential appraiser with over 20 years of experience and shares the same passion for real estate that I do. When I'm not working, I am likely running our boys around (ages 11 + 16), walking our new puppy Yinzy, catching a happy hour or dinner with friends, or either taking a yoga or cycling class to decompress. However, most days I can be found in a coffee shop around town, head glued to my laptop combing the multi-list for new properties on the market!
