I took the long road to this realization, but am now living proof of the impact that a properly constructed real estate buy/sell/hold strategy can have. I'm a United States Navy veteran and work full time as an Electrical Engineer. After extensive market analysis, I identified a market opportunity and founded doSh Furnished Homes in 2014. The years since have brought great knowledge in many related investment areas including financing, value-add, and taxes. Although initially obtained to assist our company (doSh Furnished Homes) with property acquisition, I found a passion for sharing knowledge and established Realteering (www.realteering) to use my real estate license for the purpose of creating well-informed buyers and sellers.
