My name is Brandy L. Fabry and I began my real estate career over 23 years ago. I am a full time, dedicated real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Realty. I have earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI) designations. I am a member of The National Association of REALTORS, The Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and the Greater-Allegheny Kiski-Area Board of REALTORS. I am also a graduate of Leadership PAR, a member of the Alle Kiski Strong Chamber of Commerce and a member of the West Penn Multi List. I have served as the President of the Alle Kiski HOPE Center and also served as the 2017 Chair of the Strong Area Chamber of Commerce and the 2014 and 2008 President of the Greater Allegheny Kiski-Area Board of REALTORS. As a top sales associate, I have been a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, the PAR Excellence Award, the RE/MAX International Executive Club and the 100% Club Award, the Pennsylvania REALTORS Education Foundation and the District 6 REALTORS Educational Scholarships. I am very active in community service. I have supported the Children's Miracle Network, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Meals on Wheels, the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the HOPE Center and Project Seed.
