Beth a lifelong Pittsburgher, a huge fan of our city, our teams and our spirit! Beth loves representing long-time homeowners, with whom she can share her affection for the nature of the city, the nooks and crannies of the many neighborhoods, and the openhearted friendliness of the neighbors. Beth utilizes her hard-earned and well-honed customer service and support skills in listening to clients and helping them to obtain their goals whether those goals are finding the perfect home or finding a buyer for the home they've enjoyed for years. Beth has developed a sub-specialty in working with buyers relocating to Pittsburgh, clients buying or selling condominiums, and clients that want to downsize. As an Accredited Buyer's Representable (ABR), Beth can provide a smooth transaction whether you are purchasing your first home or your forever home! Beth specializes in assisting buyers and sellers in finding or selling their resort and/or second-home as an Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) in the Ligonier and Laurel Highlands areas. When Beth is not assisting her client's, she enjoys spending time with her family skiing, whitewater rafting, and other outdoor activities. Beth spends as much time as she can enjoying outdoor activities with her family in the Laurel Highlands, and surrounding parks with their son Justin, dog Sadie, and two cats Shadow and Nala.
