About Ashley

I grew up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania and always knew Pittsburgh was where I’d end up. After earning my master’s in psychology, I spent over a decade working in addiction and behavioral health as a counselor, an ER evaluator, and a lot of roles in between. That work taught me how to really listen, stay calm when things feel high-stakes, and help people make big decisions without feeling pushed. It turns out those are exactly the skills you need when you’re buying or selling a home. Real estate started almost by accident. As a new mom, I got my license when we outgrew our starter home to sell it and find our next one. Plot twist: we never sold it. We listed it, realized we loved our neighborhood too much to leave, and built an addition instead. Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with the work and went full-time into real estate. Today I help buyers and sellers across the North Hills and Butler County, and beyond. I’m a systems person at heart, so you can count on clear communication, organized timelines, and someone who’s on top of the details before you have to ask. When I’m not showing houses, you’ll find me feeding my sourdough starter, chasing my kids, grabbing dinner & drinks at one of our fave restaurants or checking on the chickens. I believe your home should support the life you actually want to live, and my job is to help you find it (or sell it) with honesty, strategy, and as little stress as possible.
