Three units with separate Gas and Electric, common water. Coin operated. washer and dryer in basement. Fire escape from top two floors, first floor also has a side entrance. Top unit was last occupied, tenant moved out in March. First and third floor need small amount of TLC to bring them back on the rent roles, second floor a moderate amount of TLC. A roof leak was repaired and mitigated, but the walls need repainted where visible, on third floor. Location is incredible for rentals. Many charming touches included wood floors, spectacular mantels, original wooden staircase. Courtyard will be enjoyable with a little love.
