About Tom

Personal Background Tom is a full time Realtor with a more than passing interest in “all things Philadelphia” Tom grew up in South & West Philly, and now resides in the Pennsport section of South Philadelphia with his wife and Business Partner Margaret DelColle. Tom, a true Philly native has a genuine knowledge of the city and it’s neighborhoods. Tom attended West Catholic High School for Boys and went on to LaSalle University where he majored in Business & Marketing. While working in the floor coverings business, Tom worked closely with major builders and designers on both residential and commercial interior projects. Being oriented towards service, Tom set his sights on the Hospitality Industry. He has managed some of the city’s most notable restaurants including the North Star Bar and the White Dog Café. Tom then opened DelColle Italian-American Market, a successful and award-winning specialty foods shop on Rittenhouse Square. Tom and Margaret began investing in local real estate, and soon a part time interest grew to a full time pursuit. Team DelColle is now a full time entity which encompasses Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Property Management and Investment Properties. Tom brings his expertise, resourcefulness and knowledge to Team DelColle at Coldwell Banker Preferred.
