About Wendy

As a full-time agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, I represent buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis and consider marketing homes an integral part of selling, with my degree in Marketing from Penn State University. I have moved at least 15 times in my life and know how much of a chore moving can be, in addition to the challenge of buying and selling homes in the process. In my personal experience, I had several agents that were not helpful and didn't even tell me I could negotiate - anything, another that was great, and then I met an amazing realtor that truly inspired me to create the same for my clients. It was then I realized I can help people with their dreams, too. Working over 15 years in a corporate setting, I missed many family activities. The great benefit of real estate is that I will work when you and I need me to, not when my boss wants to see me at my desk. I have been recognized for being honest to a fault, frugal and detail oriented. In real estate, these attributes benefit you, my customer. I had a role in solving problems, and this transfers extremely well to Real Estate. Growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I returned over 15 years ago from living in Portland, Oregon; York, Harrisburg and State College, Pennsylvania. I am originally from Mars, Pennsylvania. In between helping my clients, you can find Ben and I visiting local wineries (yes, they have those here) and beautiful lands all across the country and globe. Farm Markets are a must stop when they are in season and I love to support our local businesses. I also can't stop myself from visiting Target, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods and At Home. I spend time parenting my teenagers, Ethan and Sofie, in the Norwin School district. I like to pretend they enjoy my flexible schedule, but …they're teenagers. Sofie loves to play volleyball and paints and draws in her spare time. Ethan loves to ski and golf, and he attends Westmoreland Career and Technology Center for welding. He plans to go into the military after graduation. Let's have fun buying and selling homes together.
