Educated at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Criminology and Political Science, I spent my early career in Erie, Pennsylvania working as a real estate legal assistant at a settlement company before relocating back to Pittsburgh, going on to excel in a position focusing on commercial real estate development thus making my transition into real estate sales effortless and rewarding. My key to success is a network of professional and personal contacts and my lifelong area residency parallels my strength and enthusiasm, enhancing client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals. With a 10 year background in legal real estate transactions and real estate development, I am skilled in renting, buying, or selling property for clients, studying property listings, interviewing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property site, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts.
