Virginia is deeply committed her buyers and sellers. She is uniquely qualified as an agent, having lifetime experience in real estate finance, valuation, and sales. She began her career as a residential and commercial loan officer and appraiser with USDA, having skills in new construction inspection and energy valuation. She worked with ServiceLink, reviewing appraisals on multi-million dollar homes and teaching valuation of renewable-energy components. She is a local planning commissioner experienced in ordinances, construction codes, and plans. She is an independent General Certified Appraiser with experience in farms, foreclosures, and eminent domain takes. Virginia has an MBA from Seton Hill University; a masters certificate in renewable energy from St Francis University; and leadership certificate from Penn State University.
